RV Park rates include water, 110 volt (20 AMP and 30 AMP) or 220 volt (50 AMP) power.

We have 10 RV sites, six sites have water and electricity. Each circuit breaker box has two regular outlets for 110 volt service and two sites have 220 volt service as well. There is one drive through space and the remaining four sites do not have utilities. There is plenty of extra parking for trailers and ATV's. The park is a nice area easily accessible to the Buffalo system by ATV.

Shower / Restroom facilities is available. Please call for availability.

Each RV hook-up rents for $25 per night for 4 persons and $2 per person per night for each additional guest. Deduct $5 for primative sites. Children under 12 stay free.
Plus 6% West Virginia Sales Tax.

Rates: Off Season Rates from November 1 to April 1 20% off.

Additional Information

1. All rates are subject to the 6% West Virginia sales tax and are subject to change without notice
2. We accept VISA, MC, Discover, and American Express.
3. Check-in time is at 3 pm daily, but early check in can be arranged if possible.
4. Check out time is 11 am daily.
5. Reservations: Upon making a reservation, a damage deposit of $100 is requied.
6. Upon receiving the deposit, we will mail you a written confirmation receipt, which also has local directions to our place.
7. CANCELLATIONS: Upon confirmation, OUR RENTAL UNIT IS TAKEN OF THE RENTAL MARKET AND HELD FOR YOU.
8. In order to receive a refund, the unit must be canceled 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your unit with less than 30 days notice and the unit is re-rented, then the deposit will be refunded to you.
9. There are no refunds for early departures.
10. CLEANING: Please be considerate with mud on boots or clothing. Part of your deposit will be kept if excessively dirty.
11. DEPOSIT-$100 deposit at check-in is required and will be refunded to you my mail within 1 week of check-out, provided the unit is left in a reasonably clean condition.
12. WHEN CHECKING OUT-- Please leave the keys in the Lodge and wash the dishes. You may leave them to dry. Please take out excessive trash. Lock all windows and doors. Thanks! There is a $10 service fee for lost keys.
13. LINEN/BATH SUPPLIES/PAPER PRODUCTS: We provide all linens, soaps, and paper products. If more linens, soap, or toilet paper are needed with extended stays please call 304-475-4320 and they will be provided for you.
14. PETS: Since most guests will be riding the trails all day we ask that you leave your pets at home.
15. PLEASE! NO SMOKING IN THE LODGE!

We are a vendor for the Hatfield and McCoy Trails for your convenience.Let us know how many passes you need and we will have them here for you.
